Last years camp was a great success and we welcome all members of Area 4 Riding Clubs for a fun weekend of horsing around xxx
BRC Area 4 Summer Camp
Bishop Burton College 20 -23 August 2015

Please PRINT and complete fully then send it along with your DEPOSIT £50. Cheque made to AREA 4 BRC to the address below by 16th May. The balance of £230 will be due MONDAY 13TH JULY 2015.
The camp will run over 3 1/2/ days. You will arrive Thursday lunch time 12 noon onwards. You can settle yourself and your horse in and have the option of enjoying the Bishop Burton Estate farm ride. Training will begin on Friday AM. Members will have 2 training sessions each day-1 SJ and 1 XC. Dressage sessions will run throughout the camp. You will be allocated 2 Dressage slots during the camp. If your dressage slot clashes with one of your jump sessions you must let MS know if you do not want the dressage session. (please can you do this at the beginning of camp on Thursday). PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TICK THE BOX IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO JUMP. You will be allocated 2 Dressage sessions each day.
Your stable will have 2 bales of shavings in when you arrive. If you would like more then you may bring your own or buy them from the college. THIS MUST BE DONE THROUGH MS. Haylage will be included – 2 normal size hay nets per day. If your horse requires more then you are very welcome to bring your own. (the hay store will be open at set times each day for members to fill 2 nets)
The food will be provided by the college. Please indicate if you have any special requirements. You are very welcome to bring your own ‘liquid refreshments’ to camp, but we are not allowed to take it into the college restaurant where we will be eating some of our meals. There is a fully licensed bar in the restaurant. If the weather is kind to us then we will BBQ one evening. Lunch will be served as last year in ’Canters’ opposite the BB Arena. The college have very good toilet and shower facilities very close to the car / lorry park.
This training is open to ALL BRC MEMEBERS. Please remember to give your BRC number.
Trainers will be: Sue Chadwick, Ian Bennett, David Llewellyn, Russ Underwood, Sue Ringrose, TBC, DRESSAGE: Tori Peter, Andrew Day, 3rd trainer if numbers warrant one. There will be demos on 2 of the evenings during camp.
