Area 4 camp is open to ALL BRC MEMBERS please remember to supply your BRC NUMBER

The trainers booked are Sue Chadwick, Sue Ringrose, Fay Row, Ian Bennett, David Llewellyn, Russ Underwood, Tori Peter, Claire Senior, Andrew Day. Other trainers will be booked if required.

PLEASE PRINT complete fully and send with your DEPOSIT £50. Cheque made payable to BRC AREA 4 to the address below by MONDAY 6th JUNE 2016.  The full balance of £230 due by MONDAY 18th JULY 2016.       TOTAL £280 as 2015

The camp will run over 3 ½ days. Your stable will be available from 12 noon onwards on Thursday 18th Aug. You will be able to get yourself and your horse settled in and if you wish take advantage and enjoy the Bishop Burton Estate farm ride. (there are no jumps en-route)

There are 3 options this year:

DRESSAGE ONLY – 2 lessons per day with choice of trainer, plus a ‘Test Riding’ demo session.                                                                                                           SJ & XC ONLY – 2 lessons per day.                                                                   DR/SJ/XC  – 2 lessons per day as the format in 2015. For this option, you will be allocated a dressage session/slot and if it clashes with a jump session you will need to select which one you wish to do, so please let Mags know when you arrive on THURSDAY.

YOUR STABLE will have 2 bales of shavings in when you arrive. If you would like extra shavings, you are welcome to bring your own or buy extra on site. EXTRAS can be ordered on the form below in ‘EXTRAS’

HAYLAGE is included – 2 nets per horse per day. If your horse requires more then you are welcome to bring your own. Unfortunately camp does not provide HAY so again, if you feed hay, you will need to bring your own.

Food is provided by the college with continental breakfast, lunch, which will be jkt potato with a choice of fillings and an evening meal served in the ‘PADDOCKS’ restaurant. Breakfast and lunch will be served in ‘CANTERS’ opposite the BBA arena. You are welcome to bring your own liquid refreshments but we are not allowed to consume this in the Paddocks restaurant. There is a fully licenced bar in the restaurant which will be open for our use. If the weather is kind….fingers crossed, then we will BBQ one evening on the ‘lawn’.

If you have any special dietary requirements, please advise in the appropriate section, The college have very good toilet and shower facilities close to the car/lorry park.

There will be demos and entertainment on an evening during camp.
